- Candidate must have appeared in JEE (Mains) 2023.
- Only candidates who have passed the Class 12 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from recognized boards of education are eligible to apply for this entry. The eligibility condition for calculating PCM percentage for various state and central boards will be based on marks obtained in Class XII only.

What is the 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES)?
The 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) is a recruitment scheme for young men who have passed their 10+2 examination with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Selected candidates will undergo a rigorous training program at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, and upon successful completion, will be granted permanent commission in the Indian Army.
What are the eligibility criteria for the TES 51 Course?
Unmarried male candidates
Passed 10+2 examination in PCM subjects with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks
Appeared in the JEE (Mains) 2023 examination
Attained a minimum age of 16½ years and maximum age of 19½ years on the first day of the month in which the course is due to commence

TES cadets undergo a rigorous training program at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. The training program is designed to develop the cadets physically, mentally, and morally. The cadets are also given instruction in military science, tactics, and leadership.

TES officers are required to serve a bond period of 10 years from the date of commissioning.
